Christmas Cards...

Do you make yours? Or do you send out store purchased cards? Believe it or not I don't make mine....no time for that...LOL I think I might this year though, I will have to see how things so in December. I have my December Daily parts sitting down there on the floor in my scrap room, it's on the floor because there is no room on the table ...oops.

So in my effort to create Christmas cards that require no additional purchases I have come up with these....I'd still like to do one more bright one...maybe later tonight :)

Echo Park!

Was the paper kit I received at the Learning Factory this month....specifically the Halloween kit...perfect for my little witch! LOL No she isn't, she's a doll actually.....sporadically telling me she loves me :) such a sweetie.

Here is my little sweetie on Halloween....actually these were taken just before Halloween, in the "bins" of stuff we have...

Made this tonight...in four hours...I was supose to start my December daily but didn't do that, having second thoughts on the paper I want to use...so I made this after I bought this fab little album today at the Learning Factory. It's an American Crafts modern album (6x6) I just love that thing! I want another one and they come in other colours!

I also picked up some BoBunny Blitzen paper to use in this mini. It was really really fun to create this, ready to do another now :)

people under 5....

...are so funny...my stomach does flip flops when she talks, ok, wait let me re-phrase that or you will think I was sea sick most of my day...LOL...she says the funniest things! I love that she doesn't understand time yet....she says yesterday which could really mean yesterday, last week or even last month. Today is today, she is good with that. Tomorrow is the day after today or next week or even next month.

She often says to me...mommy, in the morning will it be tomorrow? So here is my layout based on one of the things that makes my stomach do flip flops :)

Been only slightly busy...to recap my month of September....
I went from the picket line back to work...kids started school...started night school again, pottery!....hockey mom once again (love it!)...went apple picking....went to the Caledonia Fair....made the desgin team at Learning Factory....purchased all my kits or the club until December. Doesn't sound like much but phew, it's been busy!

Rollercoaster Ride of a week!

Surgery went well, recovery not so much. I am better though and getting stronger each day, recovery from all the morphine, not fun. Looking forward to things to come around here.

Earlier this week I went crazy adn created 7 layouts, was fun! I found this Canadian company called Lucky 7 Factory, and they operate in Quebec. Her papers are devine! Not boy not girl...kind of in-between. So the first layout is using those papers with the exception of the backgroung paper, which is Crate.

This is a layout I made with the first Boys Rule Kit and a Creative Scrappers sketch (link to CS in my side bar)
