Ooops sorry about that!
It only took him 4 days to notice I smashed up his truck. I'm just sooo lucky I missed the light or else it would have costs us some serious money. I'm also so lucky I was driving his truck and not mine 8-) mine is 4 months old.
So I hit a planter....yes, a planter. A very large concrete planter, ooops. He wasn't mad at all actually. It looks pretty good here, when I first got out to look at it I was in shock, it was bad, really bad. My dad saved the day....thanks dad. He hammered it back out and clipped it up, I just need to sand off the shavings and use the touch up paint I bought from the Mazda dealer earlier this week.
It will look pretty good when I'm done, except for the tiny hole, but we all need mementos !! Right Step?

Good mommy
My neighbour has beautiful hanging baskets in the front of her house and the other day I was looking at them and I noticed one of the baskets was prety dead. I was wondering how she managed to keep one alive and kill the other?! Then I looked closer......and what did I see? A mama bird had made her nest and was being a very good mommy by keeping her eggs warm. I have not been able to capture a picture of her eggs because she simly has not left them. Looking forward to cracking!!

Does her shirt remind you of a BoBunny line?
Funny I should blog about this topic as that was my scrappy question of the day at Life Preservers today.....scrapbooking always being on your mind. When I picked up this t-shirt for Olivia I thought of that paper I just used.......love shack....no? LOL
I have more of it, I should use it up on these pictures of Olivia trying to open her freezie, her 126th freezie..........

A corner of Olivia's room
This is one of the corners in Olivia's room, she has these large Gerber daisy's resting on her chair that are so beautiful but will be for her big girl room.....she has a canopy bed waiting for her and in each bed post a daisy will be wrapped in tooling....sounds so pretty.
The large leaf is from Ikea, and I thought I better stick it up on the wall before the kids completely destroyed it. Her room is small but looks fresh with the new "makeover" I gave it a few weeks ago. One of those darn mums keeps falling off the wall, I should get some better sticky tack for those things.
For some reason this room seems to stay the neatest and tidiest.......very odd considering Olivia's nick name is "search and destroy"

The search for the perfect fabric
I've been wanting to sew a sleeve for my camera strap so I've been searching for the perfect fabric to match my camera bag. I have this wonderful camera bag made by Crumpler (their website is way too cool....check it out) and I've been searching for for some time to find a fabric that would match the creamy yellow in it........and finally!! Joanne's in Amherst New York came through for me.
What do you think? Is it not perfect? I love it......I bought way too much because I think I need to make something else with it, don't know what yet but I'll think of something.
